Hello, I'm Aaron. Owner and Designer of Warren Fabrication & Designs. I grew up in a small farming town in Washington state near the boarder of Idaho. From the young age of 12 I started working on the family farm. I never knew exactly what I wanted to do when I grew up but I did know that one day I wanted to work for myself! As a kid and to this day I've always been fascinated with fire! Working on the family farm only made that fascination grow from burning stubble fields, using the cutting torch when repairing equipment and watching my cousins weld and use the plasma cutter. Around the age of 15 I welded for the first time on the farm and was mesmerized how one could use electricity to fuse together two different pieces of metal! A few years after high school and moving to the city I bounced around between jobs still not knowing what I wanted to do for sure. So in 2012 I decided to follow my passion and obsession with fire and go to a trade school for Welding Technology. After graduating college and becoming certified in welding, I've welded for the International Association of Machinist and Aerospace workers union district 751. Welding roll forming machinery, tooling, and associated equipment utilized for metal processing. Hoffman Manufacturing that specialize in mining door systems for underground ventilation. And Genie Industries where I welded aerial platforms lifts.

In Jan of 2019 my wife received PCS orders from the Air Force to transfer to Cheyenne Wyoming. With no open spots in child care when we moved I became a stay at home dad. With some of my free time I started welding some horseshoe décor together for the new house. Then I came to conclusion I would try to sell some of the pieces I had made. With those pieces selling and knowing that handmade home décor is very in, I decided to invest in a plasma cutter and CNC machine and fallow my dream of working for myself and starting a business. So 19 years later that's how Warren Fabrication & Design was born! Its been a very long and stressing process. Learning how to program and use CAD software took much longer then I thought it would! I'm more of a hands on guy and learn as you work, But taking the time to learn the computer side of it all is starting to pay off. As of right now the biggest I can cut is 2'X2' with plans to be able to go bigger in the next few years. If you're looking for something bigger I can find a way to make it happen!
